The Natural Resources Committee of the Nebraska Legislature will hold a hearing on LB683 which would establish a Stormwater Management Commission. The hearing is scheduled for March 10 in Room 1525. - The Nebraska Floodplain and Stormwater Managers Association (NeFSMA) is an active organization of over 100 members representing over 50 organizations.
